What is NMN and what does it do?
Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) is a precursor to Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+), a coenzyme involved in various biological processes. NAD+ levels decline with age. The body can use NMN better than NAD+, therefore taking NMN directly to make NAD+ is more effective.
Early studies have shown NMN to have anti-ageing, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties as well as other benefits, including enhancement of reproductive health.
